He has witnessed not only the transformation of different neighborhoods including Columbus Circle, Tribeca, Lower East Side and Williamsburg in Brooklyn, but also the trend of real estate appreciation in the city. Peter also fully understands the magnitude of owning a prime real estate investment portfolio, as he himself started investing in real estate both for his family and on his own on the East Coast fifteen years ago. She has 10+ years of sales experience in the logistics industry and has handled thousands of shipments for major importers throughout the country. Peggy is well known in her tight New York City community and has, as a result, gained many referrals and positive reviews.
She enjoys listening, talking to people, making friends and traveling around the world. She is bilingual in Chinese and English.
